Our Practices

01.

Criminal Defense

I have been handling criminal cases in the Connecticut state courts and U. S. District Court for the District of Connecticut for over 40 years. I handle anything from motor vehicle matters to serious felonies. I have also handled appeals to the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts as well as the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. I also handle matters before the Sentence Review Division of Superior Court.

02.

Personal Injury

I have handled many personal injury cases over the years that have resulted in monetary recovery for clients. The majority of these claims involve automobile accidents, but I have also handled dog bites and slip and falls. Most personal injury cases I handle myself, however, there are times where I may have to refer you to another attorney with a specialized practice.

03.

General Civil Litigation

The term civil litigation refers to a legal dispute between two or more parties that seek money damages or specific performance rather than criminal sanctions. I will represent parties that are being sued for various reasons.
