About Richard S. Cramer
Richard S. Cramer practices in the areas of criminal law, DWI’s, personal injury, appellate, and civil litigation with a strong emphasis on criminal law and personal injury (motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls). He is admitted to practice law before all Connecticut courts, U. S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, U. S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
He received his law degree from Boston College in 1968 and was admitted to practice law in Connecticut in 1970. Attorney Cramer was the Acting Federal Defender for the District of Connecticut from 1980-1981. Since his practice began, Attorney Cramer has operated a general practice of law with an emphasis on criminal law. He has tried well over 100 criminal trials to conclusion both in state court and U. S. District Court. He has also had a great deal of success at administrative hearings (DWI) before the Department of Motor Vehicles.
